Tom Burrell

Over the past 20 years, I’ve held a variety of roles, ranging from Help Desk to Storage Architect to Senior Storage Engineer. During that time, I’ve developed strong technical skills across multiple disciplines. In addition, my customer service background enabled me to work with internal and external clients to identify needs and solve problems in a cooperative environment.

In the last decade, my focus has been on Storage and Data Protection. My work has included planning, implementation and maintenance of SAN, NAS and backup systems. My experience establishing vendor relationships and designing processes and procedures contributed to the success of these projects for my employers.

I am seeking an engaging position that would include one or more of the following activities:

• Identifying customer requirements and matching them with the appropriate technologies

• Selecting and implementing new storage systems

• Ensuring audit compliance for data backup and retention
